Rechargeable Lithium ION Batteries
PATCO designs and manufactures rechargeable lithium ION battery product platforms to include Land Warrior batteries, BB-2590/U batteries, soft packs, custom engineered solutions and the associated charging solutions. PATCO also provides Nickel Metal Hydride and Nickel Cadmium battery solutions.
PATCO has battery solutions with SMBus technology, EMI compliant with MIL-STD-461 and compliant with MIL-STD-810. Custom engineered solutions can also be designed and manufactured with these attributes.

Rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries
Battery Chargers
PATCO manufactures battery charging systems spanning the chemistries employed in secondary batteries. These products are available for single battery charging, multi-station portable tactical ruggedized battery charging and multi-station bulk battery charging.
Through a proprietary method of control, PATCO’s engineering group developed a technique of feeding back control information from the battery management chip to control a primary switching circuit producing the low voltage power for the battery. This approach eliminates much of the heat that would have to be dealt with by conventional approaches.
Many of PATCO’s charging solutions are designed and manufactured with SMBus smart charging-level 3.
